INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 1 kg of clams
- 1 scallion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of flour

Duck breast with sweet chili sauce

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 2 duck magrets.
For the sauce:- 2.4 dl of rice vinegar
- 250 g of sugar
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 large fresh chili peppers
