You need:- a corn cob

INGREDIENTS:For the pizza dough:- 3 and 1/2 cups of flour

- 1 teaspoon of yeast

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup of warm water
For the toppings:- 1 cup of hummus
- 8-10 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 handful of fresh spinach - 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts in oil
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1/2 red onion, cut into rings
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- red pepper, to taste (optional)

Mini burgers

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 400 g of minced lamb meat
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 hamburger buns
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of black olives
- 100 g of cream cheese
- Fresh mint
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper

1. Peel and finely chop the onion, Garlic and mint, reserving four whole leaves. In a bowl mix the minced meat of the lamb with the breadcrumbs, the onion, the garlic and the mint. Salpimentar to taste and mix.

2. With the hands make balls with the meat mixture and crush them to form small hamburgers. Put a grill on the fire with a few drops of olive oil and roast the hamburgers on both sides until they catch enough color.

3. Chop the black olives and mix with the cream cheese, stirring very well. Assemble the rolls with some slices of natural tomato, some fresh mint leaves, meat and sauce.

Mushroom cupcakes

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 150 g mushrooms
- 150 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 leek
- 4 eggs
- 3 yolks
- 1 and 1/2 dl cream
- 1 knife of sherry vinegar
- 1 knife of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 knife of soy sauce
- 20 g of butter
- Chives
- Salt
- Pepper

1. Clean and cut the leek thinly sliced Clean and chop mushrooms and mushrooms. Sauté the leek for a few minutes in a pan with butter and oil. Add mushrooms, mushrooms and a pinch of salt and leave on fire ten minutes.

2. Put a large pan to the fire with olive oil. When it reaches the optimum point, fry the packages until the pasta is golden brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Keep warm.

3. Mix the white wine Sweet with the orange juice and your skin and cook a minute. Serve the scallop packages with the sweet sauce aside.

Spinach Wraps

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 4 wheat tortillas
- 100 g of fresh spinach
- 200 g of crab sticks
- 1 slice of pineapple in syrup
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of cognac

1. In a large bowl, Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and cognac. Chop the crab sticks and incorporate them into the mixture.

2. Cook the eggs in plenty of boiling salted water for ten minutes. Peel and chop them. Drain the pineapple from the syrup and chop it. Wash the spinach and drain them.

3. Put a pan Big on the fire and heat the tortillas one minute on each side. Reserve on a covered plate. Spread the tortillas on a flat surface, cover with spinach, pineapple, cooked eggs and a layer of crab mixture. Roll them up and cut them in half.

Deep fried prawns

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 200 g prawns
- 1 glass of soy sauce
- 1 glass of teriyaki sauce
- 10 parsley branches
- 4 slices of white bread
- 10 g of nuts

1. Peel and clean the prawns and insert a stick into each one along, from the tail to the head. Put a pan with the oil on the fire. Fry the prawns with the stick, on the loin side, a couple of minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

2. In the same pan, add soy, teriyaki sauce and peeled garlic. When it starts to boil, add the parsley, without stems but with the whole leaves. Stir for a minute and remove.

3. Toast the slices of bread. Place on each of them a pile of chopped parsley and, on this, a shrimp without the stick that we will have removed. Add a few drops of the sauce
of soy and teriyaki and sprinkle some chopped nuts.

Pepper marshmallows

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 100 g of cover chocolate
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml of cream
- 1 dl of tangerine juice
- 10 g of butter
- 3 knife of rum
- 1 teaspoon of peppercorns

1. In a saucepan heat the cream and pepper. Put the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl. When the cream is about to boil, pour it over the chocolate with a strainer so that the pepper does not fall.

2. Mix until the chocolate melts With the cream. Add the juice and rum. Let stand in the refrigerator so that the chocolate mixture acquires consistency.

3. Form the chocolates. Melt the cover chocolate with the butter and bathe the chocolates. Let cool before serving.

Carrot cake

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 1 cup of nuts
- 1 cup of butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 knife cinnamon powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Flour
- Butter for the mold

1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Peel the nuts and crush them in the mortar. Melt the butter.

2. Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the carrot, cinnamon, nuts and butter. Mix well. Add the sifted flour with the yeast and mix again.

3. Grease a mold cake with butter and flour, pour the cake mixture and let stand a few minutes. Bake at 180º C for 50 to 60 minutes or until the cake is made. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.

Cupcakes with mascarpone

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g of flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 150 g of mascarpone cheese
- 30 g icing sugar
- 10 g of butter
- Colored gourds

1. In a bowl, beat the sugar with the eggs until well dissolved and the eggs foam. Add the melted butter to the bowl and mix. Add the flour and yeast (sifted to aerate) and mix well until a homogeneous dough without lumps.

2. Preheat the oven to 180º C. Fill the muffin molds (paper capsules or silicone molds) with the dough, but only halfway. Bake and leave until the dough rises and browns well (about 20 minutes).

3. Melt completely 10 g of butter. In a cue, mix the mascarpone with icing sugar and melted butter. Put this mixture in a pastry bag and make a cup of each cupcake with it. Finish decorating with the colored peladillas.
